and she said,

The problem you have is, you don't know who you are. You don't know what you want. You don't know what to do, you don't know what to think. You are so easily influenced by what other people tell you. How you should feel, as opposed to what you really feel. You give more value on their opinions about your own situation, when in fact, the only person who can really know what's going on is you. Not that they shouldn't have an opinion but you shouldn't give it that much importance. Listen to them, but don't be swayed by them.
All this hype, this problem you have in your head. Its not even a problem. It never was a problem. You never saw it that way. Then you let the rest of the world see it from where they're sitting and you think that their point is law. You know the phrase, "much ado about nothing,". This, this whole thing about Yogi is exactly that. You never listen to the person who matters the most, you.

Be honest to yourself. If you start lying to yourself, you've lost everything. Be true to yourself, and no matter what other people say, you know within yourself what's going on. That's the only thing that matters.

- what response could you give to someone so honest, that it felt like a slap to the face?
