I'll be there for you (Rembrants)

Amazing how time flies.
This photo was taken 02.10.2006 - the first time I went back home since moving to Italy.

Kari has then been on several adventures including some devastating, heart-breaking ones...and currently is living happily on cloud 9.

Kari, it's been an amazing trip so far knowing you! It's been more than 10 years that we've been friends and despite the distance and time, we also seem to find away to keep in touch.

Happy big 3-0! I wish you all the best life has to offer. I'm hoping 10 years from now, we'll always be friends.

Love you, Big Bird!

Bye Ashley

Ashley and Matteo

Group shot

Surprised ladies (i.e., me)

Drinks with Ashley near Campo, last night. She's such a sweetie. I'll miss her loads though. She's heading back to the US as she didn't get any other kind of contract with us. So sad. She can be quite crazy. Today was a good day as Max wasn't in. I know I shouldn't celebrate in another person's misery, but you have to understand, last night I had nightmares of this person. So when I found out Max wasn't in, I had to yell out and jump up and down with glee. Alex found it a bad sign that I was that happy. I was jumping and skipping ALL DAY! Even to my chief, if I could dance around him while handing him documents to sign, I would. I was that relieved.
Today though, there were still aftershocks of the earthquake. First one was before lunch at work, which was really strong. I thought I was dizzy with the world spinning around, but then paid more attention and heard the rattling of the windows. It was pretty freaky. We kinda shut up then in the office, waiting. Scared.
Second time, I was here at home and I thought I was just dizzy again. It takes a while before it sinks it. It was really strong and scared the crap out of me. Fortunately, it didn't last too long. I'm ok and the furniture is still standing. So that's a good sign.
